met with my school's nutritionist today to talk...
i got some really good advice and i think it’s going to be easier than i thought!  i can ask for my food to be served from back-up bins so that i’m not risking cross-contamination from nearby foods with gluten.  they also have a bunch of specialty gluten free items that i can request.  i can call in early for my meals or even send them a week’s meal plan in advance and my food...

which is unfortunate because i was looking forward to running today in ~celebration. but i have an orgo exam on monday which means: i’m pretty much not acknowledging my birthday anyways i can’t do my long run on monday because i don’t want to be tired while taking the exam so long run (9 miles!) is moved to tomorrow which means i better rest up today!
