i could definitely feel the difference in my run today compared to monday
monday (two days ago) i was coming off of two rest/cross training days (does snowboarding count as cross training?). yesterday i did bodypump. today i was definitely feeling the burn… it did not feel easy like monday’s run. i made it 7 miles in some amount of time that i don’t remember since my garmin is off, definitely slower than monday though.
i think i’m going to decrease my distance for the rest of the week since i just started running longer distances not too long ago and i don’t wanna wear myself out!
