part-time athlete

good things of the day

  • got blood taken and didn’t cry/freak out
  • grocery shopped, stocked up on some gluten-free products
  • ran 5k in 25:37, average pace 8:13
  • had an amazingly delicious salad for dinner
  • won 3 free personal training sessions from my school

now that’s what i’m talking about!
